My stay at U Sabai Living Hotel was a mix of comfort and frustration. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and local markets (I loved grabbing fresh fruit every day!). However, the hotel's management and customer service left a lot to be desired. The bathroom facilities were problematic, and I encountered issues with cleanliness, which overshadowed the positives.
Rooms

The room was clean and had comfy beds, but the bathroom design was poor, leading to frequent flooding. I also found the TV wasn't working initially, and when I asked for help, it took a while to get a response.
Service

The staff was friendly and polite, but the management was inflexible and dismissive of concerns. I experienced a lack of support when addressing my issues, which was disappointing, especially since I work in hospitality myself.

The location was one of the hotel’s best features! It was just a minute away from bars, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore Patong. I enjoyed being close to the action yet far enough from the noisy areas.

The hotel offered useful amenities like airport shuttle and ticket assistance, but some services were not adequately managed. For example, I faced issues with room service during my stay.

I had a mixed experience at U Sabai Living Hotel. While the location was fantastic for getting to local markets and restaurants, the noise levels were quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, but I faced issues like a bad smell in the room and poor customer service regarding a booking mistake.

I found my room to be spacious and clean, complete with air conditioning and a nice balcony. However, there was a strong cigarette smell from the air conditioning that was quite bothersome.

Dining options were average; I enjoyed a hearty egg salad sandwich, but nothing stood out significantly. The breakfast service took a while, so be prepared for that.

The facilities were decent, including free WiFi and a well-maintained room. However, I faced issues with low water pressure in the shower, which affected my stay.

I had a pretty mixed experience at U Sabai Living Hotel. The location is excellent and super close to everything I wanted to visit, but unfortunately, my room's shower caused flooding because there was no proper enclosure. Also, I encountered some cleanliness issues, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made a bit of a difference.

I had a mixed experience at U Sabai Living Hotel. The location was convenient for getting around Patong, being just a 10-minute walk from the nightlife and shopping. However, I encountered issues with the cleanliness of my room and some problems with the bathroom. The staff's responsiveness could also use improvement, as I felt my concerns weren't adequately addressed during my stay.

The room had some cleanliness issues, including dirt I found upon arrival and an ant problem. Additionally, I struggled with a flooding issue in the bathroom due to the lack of a proper shower box. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the size of the room was generous.

The staff was friendly and did their best, but there were moments when the management seemed dismissive of my concerns. A suggestion I made about room conditions didn't appear to be taken seriously, which was disappointing.

The hotel's location was beneficial for exploring Patong. It was close to the beach and a variety of dining options, which made it convenient for me. However, the street noise was a problem, especially with the windows not being soundproof.

The hotel offered basic facilities, but I felt that improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. I appreciated having access to laundry and shuttle services, but the execution left something to be desired.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at U Sabai Living Hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and close to great food places, but the noise from the busy street made it tough to relax. Plus, I had issues with my room's cleanliness, which really put a damper on my birthday celebration.
Rooms

My first room was noisy and had some cleanliness issues, but they eventually moved me to a more comfortable room with a better view. However, that initial experience really took away from my stay.
Service

I found the staff to be hit or miss. While some were friendly, particularly the ladies at the front desk, I encountered a rude manager who didn't handle complaints well at all, which left me feeling frustrated.

The hotel's location was a major plus! It's close to Bangla Road and lots of restaurants and street food options. I loved how easy it was to grab a quick bite or stroll to the beach. Still, the traffic noise was bothersome, especially at night.
Dining

The dining options were limited and not very healthy, and the service took too long during breakfast, which was a letdown. I expected more from the food considering the convenience of the location.
Facilities

The hotel had standard facilities like laundry and tour assistance, but some needed updating. The aging furnishings and weak Wi-Fi marred the experience further.
